On behalf of Van Gelder contractors and the municipality of Zeewolde we installed the ROMFIX system on a polder road in Zeewolde.

Extra stability on ground with limited bearing capacity

The ground had limited bearing capacity, so a foundation solution was needed to provide extra stability and a durable road structure. The ROMFIX system was selected to reinforce the road foundation.

The ROMFIX system creates a stable, water-permeable foundation layer. Its structural build-up distributes loads more effectively and improves the foundation’s load-bearing capacity, providing a strong base for a safe, durable road.
