How can I exchange or return a product?

Email us to explain why you would like to return all or part of your order, quoting your order number or delivery note number. We will email you a return label within two working days. The cost of the label will be deducted from the purchase price.

Make sure the product is securely packaged.

When will I receive my refund?

We will refund the amount due within 14 days of your return notification, provided the products have been received back in good condition. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the purchase price.

What are the conditions for returns?

Products must be returned unopened and undamaged.

Are there any charges?

Yes. The cost of the return label is deducted from the amount due to be refunded. This cost depends on the product concerned and includes transport, administration and handling charges.

How long do I have to return a product?

You can return your order to us within 14 days of the day you receive it.

Can I exchange a product for a different item?

You can exchange a product at our premises in Sprundel. To exchange a product online, return the original product and place an order for the correct one.
