Asphalt road in Groningen city centre
A stable foundation for the long term
In collaboration with De Wilde Wegenbouw we installed a durable and highly stable foundation in Groningen city centre.
Prevents settlement
This asphalt road in Groningen city centre was built on our ROMFIX system with conventional fill material. The clay subgrade required a stable foundation and increased load-bearing capacity. The ROMFIX system also reduces vibration. Its long-term slab action distributes loads more effectively and reduces the risk of cracking caused by settlement.
