ROMFIX tool oil

The ROMFIX tool oil in a handy 600 ml spray bottle is designed for use on site. The spray lets you apply just the right amount of oil to your tools without waste. The lightweight, compact bottle is easy to carry in your van and takes up very little space, so there is no need to lug heavy containers around. ROMFIX tool oil is a high-quality, biodegradable protective treatment. It is specially developed for equipment, mixers and machinery in industries including concrete production. It is made from pure vegetable oil with added additives and is classified as BLF class 2. Its biodegradability offers an environmentally friendly solution without compromising protection or performance.

Application

For spraying on items such as:

• Tools
• Concrete mixer drums
• Silo hoppers

This prevents mortar building up on tools, making them easier to clean and extending the service life of the equipment.

Application and refilling

Apply the tool oil undiluted with a sprayer after each wet cleaning of your equipment. It can be applied to a wet or dry surface once the rinse water has drained off. The 600 ml bottle can easily be refilled from the 5 litre pack of ROMFIX tool oil.

• Application temperature: From 10°C
• Colour and supplied form: Clear yellow liquid
• Storage: Store frost-free
• Shelf life: At least 18 months under normal storage conditions (in the sealed original packaging at approximately 20°C). If this period is exceeded, check the specifications.
• Storage requirements: Follow local regulations

• Safety: ROMFIX tool oil is not classified as dangerous goods under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP)
• Protective measures: Wear protective clothing and gloves during application. Follow general occupational safety and hygiene requirements
• Environment: The product is slightly polluting to groundwater
