How do I make a warranty claim?

My paving joints are crumbling. Is this covered by the warranty?

Yes, if this is caused by a product defect. It is not covered if the underlying base was unstable or the product was applied incorrectly. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.

Is colour variation covered by the warranty?

Colour variation is only covered by the warranty if the product has been applied correctly and the colour variation affects product quality. The ROMFIX guidelines must also be met.

What if the jointing mortar has not cured properly?

This is often caused by incorrect mixing or weather conditions. If it is due to a product defect, it is covered by the warranty.
