How long is a product in my basket reserved for me?

Products are not automatically reserved when you add them to your basket. An item is only reserved for you once your order has been completed and paid for.

How can I check whether a product is in stock?

Products that are out of stock are either hidden from our online shop or marked as sold out. They will automatically reappear in the online shop once they are back in stock.

If a product has a longer lead time, this will be stated on the product page.

Can I reserve a product that is out of stock?

No, products cannot be reserved while they are out of stock. You can order the item once it is available in the online shop again.
