How can I view my order history?

Click the ‘My account’ icon in the top right or click here to go to the login page. Log in with your username or email address and password. Once you have logged in, you will see your account dashboard. Select ‘Orders’ from the menu on the left to view your previous orders.

How can I update my personal details?

Click ‘Login’ or your name in the top right to go to the login page. Once you have logged in, you will see your account dashboard. You can update your details under ‘Addresses’, ‘Account details’ and ‘VAT number’.

How do I create an account?

Click ‘My account’ in the top right or follow this link to go to the account page. At the bottom of this page, you will find the option to create an account. Enter the required details and submit the form. Please note: you can only enjoy your account benefits once ROMFIX has verified your account.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can order products and check out without an account.
