How do I make a warranty claim?

Send your claim, preferably with photographs, to info@romfix.nl or call us on +31 (0) 88 888 4 176. We will assess the situation and contact you.

Can I make a warranty claim for an incorrectly constructed foundation?

No. Incorrect construction or insufficient compaction is never covered by the warranty. This also applies if the foundation was installed by a ROMFIX employee.

My paving is settling. Is this covered by the warranty?

It is only covered by the warranty if it can be shown to have been caused by an irregularity in the material. Settlement caused by incorrect construction or insufficient compaction is not covered by the warranty.
