Product information

ROMFIX schuimglas is an ultra-lightweight, sustainable, high-quality foundation material made entirely from recycled glass. Its low weight, high compressive strength and excellent water permeability make it the ideal solution for foundations on soft soils, raising ground levels, roof gardens, embankments and infrastructure projects.

The material consists of porous, closed glass structures, so it absorbs almost no water, does not oxidise or decay, and retains its shape even under prolonged loading. Its coarse, interlocking structure creates a stable foundation layer that minimises movement.

ROMFIX Schuimglas is fully NL-BSB certified and can therefore be used in infrastructure and construction projects throughout the Netherlands.
